We are really happy to welcome to the team, our new finance and H.R. manager Louise Birch who has worked in finance for over 32 years, which is surprising as she claimed to still be 21 at her last birthday.
Alongside raising a family Louise gained her honours degree 15 years ago in accountancy and bookkeeping. Human Resource management was of interest to her and she also completed employment law qualifications amongst others whilst at university.
Louise’s combined experience in these areas and her hilarious sense of humour have become a real asset to the business. Whilst Lisa has a feeling this one’s going to be trouble she has been reliably informed by the H.R. Manager that it’s too late to do anything about it.
